Every member starts on the same plan. Paid tiers simply bring more monthly credits, cheaper ad packs, and higher earning rates.
Get paid fast when someone you enroll goes paid.
Enroll a new paid member and you earn a Fast Start bonus on their first month: 50% as a Gold member, 30% as Silver. Ranked Gold members (Jade and up) also earn Fast Start percentages on team enrollments, down through five generations of your personally sponsored members.
Earn every time your people advertise.
When members you personally enrolled buy ad packs, you earn 30% (Free Explorer or Silver) or 50% (Gold) — flat, every time they buy, not just the first. Ranked members earn on deeper generations too, at their rank's grid rates.
A monthly residual for every filled spot under you.
Paid members sit in a 4-wide, 7-level matrix that fills in join order beneath their sponsor. You are paid per filled spot at your own tier's rates — the spot's occupant never changes what you earn:

*Levels 5–7 at the $2.00 rate once ranked Jade or higher; before that, $1.00. Simple example: 4 filled Level-1 spots under a Gold member = $40 that month in Matrix pay from those spots alone.
Gold members also match their team's Matrix pay.
On top of your own Matrix earnings, Gold members earn a matching percentage of the Matrix pay earned by the members in their sponsor generations — your personals (Generation 1), their personals (Generation 2), and so on to Generation 5. The match is figured on each member's Matrix earnings from their levels 2–7.

Ranks unlock as your team grows — the same grid (the Unified Grid) also sets your deeper Fast Start and Ad Referral percentages.

10% of all ad pack purchases and Featured ad purchases across Xyngenta funds five rank bonus pools — 2% each for Jade, Onyx, Emerald, Platinum, and Diamond — shared among the members who hold those ranks. The more the platform advertises, the bigger the pools.
